General Policies

Open Accounts

We offer open accounts to qualified customers. Please be aware that we process applications as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your patience as the processing of your application can take 2 to 4 weeks. Many companies that are used as credit references will respond only to written requests for information. Until an open account is established, purchases must be shipped prepaid. Once an Open Account is established, payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Monthly statements are not sent out, so customers are expected to pay from the invoice. To maintain open account status, invoices must be paid within the terms stated. No orders will be shipped on past due accounts until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Call or e-mail us to have an application sent to you.

For you convenience, we accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Many of our customers appreciate the flexibility of applying purchases to their credit card to avoid C.O.D. charges.

Minimum Orders

Orders under $50.00 may be subject to a surcharge.

Deferred Payment Plan

The T&G Chemical Six Months Same as Cash Program lets you make equipment purchases now, with no payments or interest for six months. The application is simple and easy to fill out. Approvals come back within 24 hours or less. This program is good for equipment purchases up to $5,000.00. Just call us and we will send you an application immediately. Some restrictions may apply. (W.A.C. Subject to normal credit approval)

Back-Orders

As hard as we try, there are times when we must back order items you want. We maintain a computerized back order file and will automatically ship the items to you as soon as they become available (Additional shipping charges may apply). If you do not want back orders shipped, please inform us and we will mark your records accordingly. Upon request, orders may be placed on hold and shipped once all back-ordered items have been received.

Equipment Warranty

All equipment is sold with a factory warranty. Should a problem arise, we ask that you return the defective item so that we may forward it to the manufacturer. To avoid costly down time, we will ship and bill you for a replacement part. When the factory qualifies the part under the terms of the stated warranty, we will credit your account for the price of the replacement item. In the event that the factory does not cover the replacement under the warranty, we will inform you of the reason why and appeal their decision, if so desired. In the event that the warranty is still denied, we will process the replacement part invoice for payment.

We are pleased to offer a Customer Support Department staffed by highly experienced representatives who participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of the latest industry developments. We welcome your questions, problems, and comments. If we are unable to answer a question or solve a problem, we will be happy to call on industry leaders to provide the correct information. Many changes occur beyond our control that may affect pricing and availability of items that qualify for our free freight program. We reserve the right to make any additions, deletions or substitutions of qualifying items at any time and without prior notice.
